I’m going to be having a very busy summer: Linnea, Ryanne and I decided that we are going to go to Denver Fan Expo this year (July 1-3 at the Denver Convention Center), despite how poorly organized it was last year. Hopefully this year will be a little better and our table will actually be there when we get there, haha. I’ll also be at Colorado Springs Comic Con again (August 19-21 at Broadmoor World Arena). And this year I’m going to Salt Lake City to give their FanX con (September 22-24 at the Salt Palace Convention Center) a try. There are a couple of other events I’m thinking of going to, I’ll post more info here and on my website if they end up happening. My cats are going to hate me for being gone so many weekends.
Star Fest, which I was at last weekend, turned out to be a pretty neat event, and I’m bummed that this year was it’s last year. It seemed like a good chunk of the crowd was there specifically to talk to authors and buy books, which was cool. I did almost as well there as I’ve done in Colorado Springs, which is where I’ve sold the most in the past.
