Some Updates

Hello everyone!

It’s been quite a while since you’ve heard from me, and I’m sorry it took me so long to give you all an update. My life has been pretty crazy lately. For a while I didn’t have much time or energy to write, and then was having problems with getting the story to go the way I wanted it to, and generally just being unhappy with what little I was able to produce. Lately, though, my life has settled down and I’ve been getting a lot done. One thing that helped immensely with that was going part time at my day job, though I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to keep that schedule.

I’ve also found that taking longer breaks and doing some sewing or craft-related things between chunks of writing time really helps me focus and stay motivated, so I’ve decided to open up an Etsy shop to sell some of the stuff I’ve made. At this point, I’m confident that book 2 will be out some time in the first half of 2021. Hopefully within the first couple of months.

I had planned to go sell at Star Fest, Denver Pop Culture Con, and Colorado Springs Comic Con this year, which were all unfortunately cancelled due to the current pandemic. Hopefully this will all blow over soon and I’ll be able to go next year. Book 2 might be out by Star Fest in April, and will definitely be out by the Colorado Springs Comic Con in August.
